Opening a time portal to the era of grunge, acid-wash denim, and the rise of the Internet, Vocal Locals Night honoured a rehashing of retro rock wear by encouraging attendees to come in their best 90s dress, with prizes included. Ska punk ensemble Ska’d 4 Life got the room bopping after the alt-rock stylings of Earprojector and some soulful songs from Gaia Scarf.
